Here at All Needs Podiatry, we kindly ask that all payments be made either before or at the time of your appointment. By collecting payment at the time of service, we are able to keep our administrative processes efficient and focus more on providing the highest level of care to our patients.

We accept a variety of patient applicants, including self-funded or private health which does not require a referral, a referral from a GP, DVA, NDIS and home care packages.

Please note that certain services may incur additional charges, such as those related to travel, custom materials, or administrative processing, depending on the nature of your treatment.

Initial Appointment

An initial appointment typically involves a comprehensive assessment of your feet, ankles, and lower limbs, including a discussion of medical history, current symptoms, and conduct appropriate treatment.

Subsequent Appointment

Starting at

A subsequent appointment focuses on reviewing progress, monitoring and conducting ongoing treatment, and making any necessary adjustments to support continued foot and lower limb health.

A referral from a GP or Doctor is not required for a private podiatry appointment.

Enhance Primary Care/Chronic Disease Management Plan

Medicare Referral from GP

If you have an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) / Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from a GP. Only a small gap is required. Due to the nature of a home visit. We do not Bulk Bill.

Please check the referral is adressed to All Needs Podiatry – PO Box 5047 Alberton SA 5014 and in date.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)


We accept NDIS participants who are either self-managed or plan-managed. A referral from a medical doctor is required.

To ensure smooth processing, we also request the following information: your doctor’s referral, the name and contact details of your support coordinator, invoicing email address for plan-managed clients, and the name of the company managing your NDIS funds.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)



To access services under DVA, a valid D904 referral from your GP must be provided prior to or at your first appointment. This referral covers up to 12 podiatry visits and must be renewed upon completion of the cycle.

Please note, if a valid referral is not presented at the time of your initial visit, the full consultation fee will be payable on the day.

Home Care Packages


To begin services for a home care package, a referral from the company managing the package, along with a doctor’s referral, must be provided. Additionally, invoicing details and the contact information of the case manager overseeing the client’s care must be supplied at the first visit.

Workcover (Return To Work SA)


We accept Workcover clients with a valid referral. To conduct treatment, a doctor’s referral, contact details of your case manager, the invoicing email address, claim number, and the company name managing your claim.

Private Health Insurance

We are pleased to offer services covered by private health insurancers for podiatry. If you have extras cover that includes podiatry, you may be eligible for rebates on your consultations and treatments.

Our team can assist you with on the spot claims through HICAPS, making it easy and convenient to use your private health benefits. Please check with your health fund for specific details about your coverage.

If preferred, we can also provide a tax invoice which you may forward to your private health insurance to process the gap payment.

A tax invoice will be sent through email or physical mail.
