How do I make a booking?
You can directly make a booking by calling or texting us on 04 8889 9723, or send an email via allneedspodiatry@gmail.com.
How do I pay for a booking?
We accept payment during or after the appointment, we do have a portal EFTPOS machine, accept cash or bank transfer.
Do you bulk bill?
No, we do NOT bulk bill appointments as the payment does not cover administration, travel and time costs as the services provided are home visits.
How can I use my private health insurance?
The portal HICAPS machine accepts private health cards. If wanting to complete the transaction yourself, a tax invoice can be provided and used to make a claim on your private health insurance website.
Is a referral required for a podiatrist visit at home?
Only if you are on a Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) or a DVA card holder. Those who have a EPC plan will be required to pay a gap. Private, NDIS or a Home Care Package do not need a referral. DVA patients are bulked billed.
Is a home visit the same as a in-clinic visit?
Yes. We provide the same level of foot care as if we were in a clinic.
Do I need to prepare anything for the appointment?
The podiatrist will bring all required tools and equipment on the day of the appointment.
My address is not in the service area. Can I still have an appointment?
In the future, we will eventually expand to service all of Adelaide. However, if your address is close to the service area. Please contact us for further information.
